Listed machine prices include LTL freight and lift-gate service when Free shipping is shown at checkout. Attachments typically ship via standard parcel at no extra charge. We’ll email tracking as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment network.

• Typical transit time: 5–10 business days after your order ships.
• Tracking info is sent to the email on your order.
• Remote or out-of-network destinations may require a freight quote before shipment — contact us at 917-695-2768 or [email protected] if checkout does not show Free shipping for your address.
• Please inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Warranty

Every Excavaro machine includes a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage is 1-Year, 2-Year, or 3-Year Powertrain depending on the model — see the product page for exact terms.

Wear items (teeth, hoses, filters, tracks from normal use, etc.) and damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
