Shipping

Machines ship via LTL freight with lift-gate service included. Attachments typically ship via standard parcel. We’ll email tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

• Typical transit time: 5–10 business days after your order ships from our fulfillment network.
• Tracking info is sent to the email on your order.
• Please inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Warranty

Every Excavaro machine includes a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage is 1-Year, 2-Year, or 3-Year Powertrain depending on the model — see the product page for exact terms.

Wear items (teeth, hoses, filters, tracks from normal use, etc.) and damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
