How much does freight shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Freight is based on weight, distance, and delivery type (curbside vs. lift-gate). Most mini excavators leave the warehouse within 5–10 business days, with typical transit of 5–10 business days after pickup. Tracking is emailed when your shipment is booked.
Do you offer financing, and does Section 179 apply?
Yes. We work with equipment finance partners for qualified business buyers. Many customers can deduct the full purchase price under Section 179 in the year equipment is placed in service — confirm eligibility with your tax advisor.
What warranty coverage comes with a new machine?
Every new machine includes limited warranty coverage against defects. Exact terms are 1-Year, 2-Year, or 3-Year Powertrain depending on the model — see each product page for details. Wear items and misuse are not covered.
What is your return policy?
Unused, unoperated equipment may be returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus outbound and return freight. Contact support before shipping anything back so we can issue a return authorization.
Do you offer lift-gate or driveway delivery?
Lift-gate delivery is available for locations without a dock or forklift and lowers the machine at curb/driveway level. Standard LTL is often curbside — confirm options when you request a quote or at checkout.
